Webber was my best friend in AIT. His room was next to mine. He didn't know this, but I wouldn't have graduated if it wasn't for him. We spent hours after class hanging out. Last time I saw him, I was at Bagram, AFG redeploying and his unit was supposed to replace us. I was outside smoking and he just sat next to me. It was great to see him again, even though it was only for a few days. Tommy was an amazing man. He made me laugh every time he opened his mouth. He had the gift of making everyone around him smile and laugh. He was an amazing man.

My son, Andy, sent me the notice of Tommy's passing. I didn't know him well, but I had great respect for for him. He worked so hard and never complained. A fierce competitor and as polite and respectful as any parent could have hoped for. My life has been affected by his passing and I will never forget him. I know you're proud of him and I'm honored to have known him.
May God's healing hand comfort your family as you move forward. Coach Fred

From the minute you walked in the door for PT, Range preparation, daily duty or being deployed you could always count on SGT Webber to be there with a great big smile. He always knew when to just listen and he always gave 110% to everything his Family and his Country. My heart will always be with this young NCO and his family. He will always represent the meaning of being an American Soldier. Rest my brother til we serve again.

No matter how many condolences the Webber family receives. It won't be enough to make it right. They lost a son, friend, and father all in the same day. How things work sometimes really fascinates me, theres so many questions I had. He was a good guy taken to soon.

To the Webber Family,

I am praying for you all, no words are enough. Thomas was by far my favorite soldier during our deployment to Afghanistan. He got along great with everyone and was always quick to laugh. Even when he was exhausted he had a smile on his face and a joke for the situation. He is missed dearly by many and impacted us all. He was a great soldier and an even better friend.

To Thomas' Family,

I was a soldier with Thomas at Fort Bragg. Tommy was a wonderful person who will be missed by many. He made our long days at work seem shorter with his attitude and humor and always had a smile on his face, no matter what. I'm so incredibly grateful to have known him. My deepest condolences.

To The Thomas Family:
Webber was beyond one of the greatest soldiers I've ever met in the unit. He made great friends and left the most contagious of optimistic impressions on us all. I deployed with him to Afghanistan in 2013 and even then he kept his and many others spirits to an all time high.

I'm speechless to have heard of his passing , but I'm sure he's watching Audrey, he's son and you all. I'm glad that I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Webber. He will surely be missed. My condolences.

To the Webber Family,

Tommy and I went through AIT together and ended up at Bragg. He was one of my only and honest friends I had while serving. I spent many of lights over at his house prior to deployment and some after deployment as well. He shared my first cigarette with me in Afghanistan. He was always joking and cutting up even if it was a bad detail or 7 pm on a Monday. He was a true friend and he will be missed
