Mary Louise (Jacobs) Smith

Mary Louise Smith departed this Life on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at the age of 72. 

Mary was born on February 4, 1943 in Scotland County.  She is preceded in death by her husband Milton C. Smith, her son Charles M. Smith, her father Huley Jacobs, her two sisters, Betty Jones and Brenda Reed and one grandchild, Michael Etheridge.

She leaves behind three daughters, Cindy Locklear of Fayetteville, Sheila Ethridge of Fayetteville, Debbie Smith of Stedman, one son Robert Edward Cook, Jr. of Fayetteville, Six Grand-Children, Aaron, Wesley, Lynn, Sid, Edward and Garett, Three Great Grand Children and a host of relatives and friends.

The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to all of you for your prayers, many acts of kindness and for your presence here today.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Saturday, November 28, 2015 at LaFayette Funeral Home, 6651 Raeford Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28304.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, November 29, 2015 at Cape Fear Baptist Church, 100 Indian Dr. Fayetteville, NC 28312 with Pastor Bruce Swett officiating.

Burial will follow in Fayetteville Memorial Cemetery, 2881 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28306.
