Ronnie Allen Jacobs

Ronnie Allen Jacobs, 54, passed away Monday, February 28, 2022 in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Ronnie was born in Cumberland County on March 23, 1967, son to Coohooling Jacobs and the late Barbara Doris Lowery Jacobs. Along with his mother he is preceded in death by a son, Ambrose Jacobs.

Ronnie graduated from Cape Fear High School and never missed a day. He was always an Honor Roll student, was on the Wrestling Team and was nick named (Wahoo). After High School he attended Pembroke State University where he was also on their Wrestling Team. Ronnie was a very good kid growing up. He was very humble, loved his family, friends and enjoyed life. He will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew him.

He is survived by his children, Jeremiah Jacobs and wife Shaneka of Alabama, Joshua Allen Jacobs and wife Shareka, Johnathan Jacobs, all of Fayetteville; his father, Coohooling Jacobs and wife Gloria of Fayetteville; brothers, Lougary Lowery and wife Ruby of Fayetteville, Randy Lowery of Cedar Creek and Tony Jeffrey Jacobs and wife Marsha of Stedman; a special friend of whom he took care of for over 12 years, Debbie Spake; three grandchildren and a host of extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be 2:00 PM -3:00 PM, Sunday, March 6, 2022 at Cape Fear Baptist Church, 100 Indian Drive, Fayetteville, NC 28312. Funeral Services will begin at 3:00 PM following the visitation with Pastor Tony Brewington, Rev. David Kamaka and Rev. Rodney Strickland officiating.

Burial will follow in Cape Fear Baptist Church Cemetery
