Rocky Lewis Wood

Mr. Rocky Lewis Wood, 61, of Raeford, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2020 in Cape Fear Valley Hoke Hospital.

Rocky was born in Cumberland County, NC on January 20, 1959 to the late Robert and Loretta Stephens Wood. He worked in production with Goodyear before retirement. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia (Patty) Wood and his brother, Stevy Wood.

He is survived by his sisters, Gathael Wood and Sandra Jones (Wayne), all of Raeford; step daughters, Olivia Howard and Erica Puckett, both of Peebles, OH; 5 step grandchildren and a host of extended family members.

Visitation will be 2:00-3:00 PM Sunday, August 16, 2020 at Tabernacle Baptist Church, 3219 Lindsay Rd. Raeford, NC 28376.

Funeral services will begin at 3:00 PM with Reverend Tommy Underwood officiating.

Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
