Mary "Dallas" (Brigman) Beard

Mary Dallas Beard, 84, of Hope Mills passed away Thursday, October 6, 2022 in Hope Mills, NC.

Mary, known as Dallas, was born in Robeson Co., NC on July 18, 1938, daughter to the late Allison Brigman Sr. and Juanita E. McMillan Brigman. Mary was a member of Green Springs Baptist Church in Parkton and was a homemaker, taking care of her family and friends, whom she dearly loved. She loved Gardening, Flowers and loved helping people, no matter who they were. She will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew her. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Allison Brigman Jr.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Edward Beard Sr. of Hope Mills; a son, Thomas Edward Beard Jr., and wife Danielle of Fayetteville; a sister, Doris Sealey of Parkton; 2 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and a host of extended family members.\

A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at Cedar Creek Baptist Church, 4170 Tabor Church Rd., Fayetteville, NC 28312 with Minister James Blount officiating.
