Laurie Ann (Rogers) Brock

Laurie Ann Brock (Rogers), 54, of Fayetteville, NC died on Monday, November 14, 2022 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Laurie was born in Rockingham, NC on February 28, 1968 daughter to the late James Sweatt and Shirley Rogers. Mrs. Brock worked in the Cumberland County School System for several years and always enjoyed teaching Math. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by a daughter, Angela Leach. 

She is survived by her husband, Glenn K. Brock, of the home; her sons Steven Brock (Carolyn), of Fayetteville, NC and Brandon Skipper (Tiffany), of Hope Mills, NC; her daughter, Sheryl Brock, of San Diego, CA; her brother, James Rogers (Paula), of Rockingham, NC; her sister, Mary Lambert (Jamie), of Rockingham, NC; four grandchildren, Leo Leach, Triston Rogers, Dalton Leach, and Melissa Skipper; and a host of extended family members and friends.

The Family will receive friends 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM Monday, November 21, 2022 at Hillside Baptist Church located at 3807 Legion Rd. Hope Mills, NC.  

Funeral Services will be held at 11:30 AM with Pastors Roy Arrington and Phil Lloyd officiating.

Interment will follow the service at LaFayette Memorial Park West, Raeford Rd. Fayetteville, NC.
