Obituary

John Vanacore, 69, passed away Monday January 10, 2022 in his home.

John was born in Manhattan, NY on February 9, 1952, son to the late Vincent D. and Ludmilla Andreeva Vanacore. John served in the US Air Force and was a Vietnam Veteran. He worked in Maintenance as a Heating & Air Technician and owned his own business before retirement. John was an avid fisherman and he will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew him.

John was proceeded in death by his parents and two brothers, Dominick Vanacore and Vincent Vanacore.

He is survived by his loving wife, Charlotte Vanacore of the home; sons, John Vanacore and wife Theresa of Fayetteville, Michael Vanacore and wife Barbara of Long Island, NY; a brother, Nicholas Vanacore of Wilmington, NC and several grandchildren.

Graveside Services with Military Honors will be 2:00 PM, January 20, 2022 in Sandhills State Veteran's Cemetery, 8220 Bragg Blvd, Fort Bragg, NC 28310.
