SFC (Retired) Eduardo Marling Gallero, 68, beloved Father, was called to his eternal resting place on August 15, 2020 in Duke University Hospital. He entered this world on March 21, 1952 in the Philippines, born to Pablo and Lazara Marling Gallero.
SFC Gallero served in the United States Army until his retirement in 1995.He is preceded in death by his parents, his son, Brandon Gallero and a brother, Joaquin Gallero.
He is survived by his wife, Paula Gallero of Fayetteville; a son, EJ Gallero of Fayetteville; a daughter, Christina Gallero of Fayetteville; brothers, Reynaldo Gallero of Florida, Alejandro Gallero of Chicago, Armando Gallero and Romeo Gallero, both of the Philippines; sisters, Ana Maria Gallero of New York and Cecelia Mendonez of New York; a grandson, Silas Gallero of Fayetteville and many extended family members.
A visitation will be held 1:00 - 3:00 PM Thursday, August 20, 2020 at LaFayette Funeral Home, 6651 Raeford Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28304.
A small service with Military Honors will take place at 2:00 PM with Chaplain Chad Rigney
