Winford Bullard Jr

Mr. Winford Bullard Jr, of Fayetteville, has passed away on June 19, 2026 at the age of 66.

Winford was born on March 13, 1960 to the late Winford Bullard Sr. and Maglene Brewington in Michigan. He was an incredibly hard-working man who worked at Goodyear Tires for 23 years until his retirement, who also loved to do home improvements and owned his own company, Bullard's Home Improvement Second Generation. When he wasn’t working on his home, he could be found swimming in the pool, and creating lasting memories with family and friends.

To cherish his memory, Winford leaves behind daughter Felicia Ann Maxwell (Michael); sisters Teresa Kashner (Bill) and Carol Faircloth (Tony); and two grandchildren, Felicia Faith Childers (Hardland) and Michael Shane Maxwell II.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Carole Darlene Bullard, brothers Larry Brewington and Lenward Brewington, and sister Annette Jenkins.

To honor the life of Winford, a memorial service will be held at Galilee Freewill Holiness Church, 3525 Sunnyside School Road, Fayetteville, NC 28312 on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at 12:00 noon with Reverend Jerry Groves officiating.
