William Frederick Reaves

William Frederick Reaves, 58, of Fayetteville passed away Sunday, June 14, 2026 in his home.

William was born in Memphis, Tennessee on March 28, 1968, son to Robert Edward Reaves and Sharon Smith. William loved the outdoors, enjoying hunting, fishing and camping. He could often be found in the kitchen, pushing himself by trying new, fancy dishes. William also enjoyed spending time at the gym weightlifting, and even did martial arts in his youth. He was known to have a different cologne for every occasion. Most importantly, he was an amazing father and man who loved his family and his friends.

He is preceded in death by his father Robert Edward Reaves.

He is survived by his son, Shane Reaves of Fayetteville; his mother, Scharon Stein of Fayetteville; a sister, Kellie Reaves of Fayetteville and many extended family members and friends.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, June 19, 2026 at LaFayette Funeral Home with Father Jack Morrison officiating.
