Viengsay was born in Thailand on August 12, 1962 and was the owner of a construction company.

He is survived by his wife Walinda Rogers of the home.

Funeral services will be 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Sunday, November 18, 2018 at LaFayette Funeral Home.
