Shirley Ann Lundberg Johnson

Shirley Ann Lundberg Johnson, 82, of Fayetteville passed away Monday, July 14, 2025 in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Shirley was born in Douglas County, Nebraska on March 7, 1943, daughter to the late Earl S. Lundberg and Lucille Marie Gloe Lundberg. Shirley served In the US Air Force and worked as a Travel Agent for over 30 years before retirement. She was a member of the Golden Girl Group and frequented the Senior Citizens Center before getting sick. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Johnson and a sister, Carole Rife. Shirley was loved by all that knew her and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her son, Paul Richard Johnson of Fayetteville; sisters, Janice Eirick of Omaha, Nebraska and many extended family members and friends.

Funeral services will be announced.
