Rachel (Hyatt) Guin

Rachel Hyatt Guin, 71, of Lumber Bridge, NC died on November 15, 2021 at Cumberland Rehab & Nursing Center. Rachel was born to the late Eugene Hyatt and Aggie Hyatt on April 1, 1950 in Dillon, SC. She worked for Roses, as a sales clerk, and enjoyed going to church.

Along with her parents, Rachel was preceded in death by her husband, Otis Guin; two daughters, Darlene Hyatt, and Aggie Dorman; five brothers, Gene Hyatt, Charlie Hyatt, Kever Hyatt, JC Hyatt, and Joe Hyatt; three sisters, Dorothy Hargrove, Eloise Gravetta, and Lula Mae Berry.

She is survived by her sister, Mary Sweat, of Hope Mills, NC; and two nieces Penny Sweat, of Fayetteville, NC and Amy Koone (John), of Hope Mills, NC.

A Graveside Service will be conducted at Adams Cemetery on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 11:00 AM with Minister James Blount officiating.
