Nam-Ye Sherrod, 82, of Fayetteville, passed away Sunday, September 17, 2023 in her home.
Nam-Ye was born in Korea on May 7, 1941. She worked in food service for the US Government before retirement. Nam-Ye loved to cook Korean Cuisines, Gardening, Knitting and was a great Wife and Mother who loved her family dearly. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Lee Sherrod of Fayetteville; sons, James Kevin MacNeil Jr. of Fayetteville, William Emmett MacNeil of Alexandria, VA and many extended family members.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at LaFayette Funeral Home, 6651 Raeford Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28304.
Funeral Services will be 12:00 PM Thursday, September 21, 2023 at LaFayette Funeral Home with Reverend Robert Staples officiating.
Burial will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park Cemetery, 6701 Raeford Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28304.
