She was a woman of gentle grace, with a warm smile and a kind, loving face. Down to earth in all she’d do, with a heart so pure, so strong, so true. 

Purple was her favorite hue, a color that somehow always suited you— soft yet strong, both calm and bright, just like her love, just like her light. 

She found her joy in simple things, in family time and the love it brings. Her children and grandkids were her pride, the greatest treasures in her life. 

Her laughter filled every room, her presence chased away the gloom. She had a way of making you feel that her love was constant, steady, and real. 

Her son was her heart, her shining star, a love so deep it reached so far. More than life, she loved him so, a bond only a mother could know. 

And to me, she was everything— my heart, my world, my soul, my all. Now I stand here missing you, feeling so lost without your call.

Though she has gone to heaven above, she leaves behind a lifetime of love. In every memory, she will stay, guiding us gently day by day. 

So we will hold her close inside, in every tear and every pride. For a mother’s love will never end— it lives on in the hearts she mends. Forever loved, forever near, forever missed, forever dear.

Michelle is survived by her children, Alyssa Sanders, Destiney Sanders, and Jorden Sanders; her mother Teresa Luipico; and ten grandchildren, Harlem, Zamar, London, Ti’ere, Kingston, Tieranii, Naveah, Kaylahni, Kashton, and Legend; along with a host of extended family members and friends.

The family will receive friends Saturday, April 25, 2026 from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM at LaFayette Funeral Home.

Funeral services will begin at 2:00 PM.
