Luis Ernesto Martinez, 82, died Friday, February 7, 2020, at his home after an extended illness with family and a caregiver by his bedside.
Luis was born in Puerto Rico to the late Fermin and Conrada Serrano Martinez. He worked in New York as a chef for over twenty years.
The family will have a private funeral service at Cumberland Memorial Gardens.
He is survived by a daughter, Lizel Rivera and her husband Jorge; grandchildren, Jorge Luis, Christian and Gabriel Rivera and a special care giver Jenny Maisonet.
