Kay Francis Hall (McNeely), 82, of Shallotte, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on September 23, 2025, after a lengthy illness. She was born on October 30, 1942, in Macbeth, West Virginia, to the late Ernest B. McNeely Sr. and Estella Browning McNeely.
Kay was preceded in death by her husband, Emil Hall; and siblings, Bill McNeely, Betty Jane Smith, Helen Wooten, Marylou Keaton, and Ernest B. McNeely Jr.
She is survived by her son, Chad Hall; sister, Ginger Lee Jeffery; brother, Charles E. McNeely; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
