Josefino Cordero

Mr. Josefino Cordero, 88, went home to be with Jesus Monday, January 6, 2020 in his home surrounded by his family.

Josefino was born in Puerto Rico on November 28, 1931 to Alfonso and Paula Colon Cordero. He worked as a Security Guard at the Ryan Center in New York before retirement.

He is survived by his wife, Leida Maldonado of the home; 3 sons, Walter Cordero and Edgar Cordero; 2 daughters, Myriam Figueroa and husband Juan, Bianca Rivera Cordero; a brother, Reynaldo Vasquez; a sister, Luzdelia Vasquez, 3 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 12:00-1:00 PM Friday, January 10, 2020 at LaFayette Funeral Home, 6651 Raeford Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28304

Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Following the visitation with Dr. Steve Swan officiating.

Entombment will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens, 4509 Raeford Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28304.
