Ms. Diana Hathaway, 31, Passed Away Tuesday, August 5, 2014 in Cape Fear Valley Hospital.
Diana was born in New London, CT to Donald and Alice Therrien Hathaway. Diana was a loving mother and daughter and always had a smile on her face. She worked as a cashier at Food Lion and will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew her. Her son Zachary preceded her in death.
She is survived by a son, Justin Phillips of the home; a daughter, Kelsey Phillips of the home; parents, Donald and Alice Hathaway of Raeford; brothers, Donald Hathaway Jr. and Michael Hathaway, both of Raeford and many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 PM Sunday, August 17, 2014 at LaFayette Funeral Home, 6651 Raeford Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28304.
Funeral Services for Diana and Zachary will be 11:00 AM Monday, August 18, 2014 at West Fayetteville Baptist Church, 2465 Gillis Hill Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28304 with Reverend’s Tony Wilson and Clarence Prevette officiating.
Burial will follow in Cumberland Cemetery, Bingham Drive, Fayetteville, NC
