Charlotte Ann Parker

Charlotte Ann Parker passed away on April 29, 2026. Born in West Virginia, she spent most of her life in Fayetteville, North Carolina. She loved Jesus and has now gone on to her eternal home. Charlotte found joy in life’s simple pleasures, including shopping, cheese omelets, and decorating her home. She had a huge heart and deeply loved her family and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Dee Dee.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Parker; her daughter, Lora Cavanas; her stepdaughters, Bobbie (Jeff) Morton and Melinda (Chris) Stumpp; and her two self-adopted daughters, Kim and Pam (Jeff).

She also leaves behind a large and loving family, including her grandchildren: Joey (Jenny) Richardson, Brandon (Megan) Bailey, Kristopher (Kelsey) Bailey, Amanda, Ronnie (wife) Hugel, Anthony (wife) Hugel, and Joey Hugel. Great grands; Caroline, Ocean, Harbor, Sawyer, Hudson, Dr. Ashlyn E. Williams, Kristyn, and 14 others.

She worked in retail for many years and will be remembered as a loving wife, a devoted mother, and a great friend to many.

A service to celebrate Charlotte’s life will be held at Friendship Baptist Church, 3232 Davis Street, Hope Mills, North Carolina 28348. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 3rd.
