Ms. Brenda Jean Herndon, 66, of 379 Stansbury Road, Raeford passed away Monday August 20, 2012 in her home.
Ms. Herndon was born May 6, 1946 in Amarillo, TX to the late Matthew Love and Lola Jean Procks.
Ms. Herndon worked as a manager in finaces before retiring and was a member of Covenant Love Church in Fayetteville. She loved her family and was so proud of her sons and grandchildren.
Surviving are her two sons, Robert Herndon and Eric Herndon, both of Raeford; four grandchildren, Robert Herndon Jr., Lamarr Herndon, Takeela Herndon and Chelsea Herndon; one great grandchild, Jecore Herndon
Visitation with be 4:00-6:00 PM Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at LaFayette Funeral Home, 6651 Raeford Rd., Fayetteville, NC 28304.
Burial will be Saturday, August 25, 2012 at Crown Hill Cemetery in North Tulsa, OK.
