Vicenta (Toro) Arocho

Mrs Vicenta Arocho, 77, passed away Friday, August 3, 2018 in Select Specialty Hospital in Durham, NC.

Vicenta was born in Puerto Rico on April 29, 1941 to the late Jose M. Toro and Esperanza del Valle. She worked in housekeeping before her retirement and loved her family very much. She will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband, Roberto Arocho; children, Amor López, Milagros Bennett, Israel Hernández, Ana E. Torres and Vincenta “Vicky” Medina; grandchildren, Julian J. Ramirez, Elías Coromina, Ariel David Hernández Ortega, Laura Damaris Farias, Andrew Hernandez Ortega, Stephanie Figueroa, Stacey Ann Hernández, Amaris Vikkiana Torres, Amanda Denise Torres, Michelle Amor Torres, Michaela Angelina Torres, Arabella Ann Torres, Anthony Kanoa Medina and Joy Kaleilani Medina; great grandchildren, Vincent Elías Coromina, Charlotte Amelia Coromina, Vivienne Elise Coromina, Giovonni Ortega, Dominic Farias, Jayden Omar Figueroa, Cameron Sade Figueroa, Olivia Juliet Figueroa, Mason Anthony Rodríguez, Kyson Enrique Candelario and many extended family members.

Visitation will be held Saturday, August 11, 2018 from 1-2 PM at Iglesia Roca Firme, 2133 Owen Dr. Fayetteville, NC 28306.

Funeral services will begin at 2:00 PM with Pastor Carlos Andrade officiating.

Burial will follow in Cumberland Cemetery on Bingham Drive, Fayetteville, NC.
