Sarah Jane (Terry) Lee

Ms. Sarah J. Lee, 73, went home to be with her heavenly father Monday, February 12, 2018 in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Sarah was born in Robeson County on October 16, 1944 to the late Wesley Lowery and Alberta Terry. She worked at Kelly Springfield for 28 years before retiring. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Delane Lee, a daughter, Kimberly Sue Lee, a grandchild, 2 brothers and 5 sisters.

She is survived by a son, Christopher Lydell Oxendine of Fayetteville; daughters, Lora Ann Burch and her husband Edward of Fayetteville, Jenell O’Fay and her husband Cray of Hope Mills and Ronall Oxendine of Fayetteville; 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and a host of extended family members.

Visitation will be 7:00-9:00 PM Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Cape Fear Baptist Church, 100 Indian Dr. Fayetteville, NC 28312.

Funeral Services will be 3:00 PM Friday, February 16, 2018 at Cape Fear Baptist Church with Pastor’s Tony Brewington and Bruce Swett officiating.

Burial will follow in Cape Fear Baptist Church Cemetery.
