Mrs. Joanne Summers, 69, passed away Friday, May 4, 2018 in her home.

Joanne was born in Pittsburgh, PA on February 16, 1949 to the late James and Mary Acosta Krobath. She was a homemaker and loved her family dearly. She will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her loving husband David Lewis Summers of the home; sons, Richard Nelson Summers and Timothy James Summers, both of Charleston, SC; a daughter, Lisa Ann Summers of Lumberton; brothers, James Krobath of Myrtle Beach, SC, Tom Krobath, John Krobath and Bruce Krobath, all of Fayetteville and 4 grandchildren.

The family will receive friends between the hours of 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at LaFayette Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 8, 2018 in Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery.
