Jamie Elizabeth Luna

We mourn the loss of Jamie Elizabeth Luna, born to Russell and Diane Kuntz on April 30, 1987. She is predeceased by her father Russell Kuntz.

She is survived by her husband, Iain Luna, two children, Connor and Adalyn Luna, her mother, Diane Kuntz, her sister and brother-in-law, Debra and Eric Bechard, and their children, Colton and Keira Bechard. 

She was headstrong, stubborn, and would never listen to the people who loved her, but it is also the reason she had the biggest impact on all of them. She found a unique way to live her life and inspired all involved to do it her way or get out of the way. She worked tirelessly to make sure her children and husband always knew that they were loved and would be able to face any obstacle that life had to throw their way. The amount of people that Jamie took care of can only be reflected in the love and admiration we all share for her. She was grateful to be welcomed by J. W. Seabrook Elementary and was able to work with the faculty to improve, not only the lives of her own children, but that of every child in attendance. This world was not ready for a woman, mother, daughter, sister, or wife of her caliber. She was the light and direction in our worlds. We will wander in the darkness for a long time and reflect on every impact she had on us to bring our light back. Jamie, 36 years was not enough time for us to show you how much we loved you or how much your love meant to us.  We will miss you with every breath and continue to help people as you have helped shape our lives.

Visitation will be 1:00 -2:00 PM Monday, March 18, 2024 at LaFayette Funeral Home, 6651 Raeford Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28304.

A service to celebrate Jamies life will begin at 2:00 PM following the visitation with Chaplain (CPT) James Harris officiating.
