Ms. Thalia Mook, of TC Jones Road died Sunday, March 25, 2012 in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center at the age of 35.

Ms. Mook was born in Honolulu, HI to Mr. Logan Hose and Mrs. Jamie Lee Mook on December 22, 1976. Ms. Mook was preceded in death by her fiancé, Tommy Charles Brown, Sr. She was a loving mother and one who was a mother to the community.

Survivors are her father; Logan Hose; her mother, Jamie Ramos and step-father Jorge Ramos; a son, Tommy Brown, Jr.; two brothers, Logan Mook, John Anthony Ramirez, III; and a sister Jennifer Nicole Leticia Ramirez.

Funeral Service will be shared with her fiancé, Tommy Brown, Sr. on Thursday, March 29, 2012 at 5:00 PM at LaFayette Funeral Home Chapel, 6651 Raeford Road, Fayetteville, NC 28304.
