Come to Me
God saw you were getting tired, And a cure was not to be,
So he put his arms around you, And whispered, "Come to Me."
With tearful eyes we watched you, And saw you pass away.
Although we loved you dearly, We could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating, Hard working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.

My sincere condolences to the Ross family. Please find comfort from the scriptures; at Psalms 34:18 we are told Jehovah God is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit. Having recently lost my dad, these words brought me great comfort. I hope your burden gets easier to bear with each passing day. Remember God hears your prayers, so use that means of communication, it truly helps.

Sammie had one the most infectious laughs I'd ever heard. Just a couple months ago we sat outside the Coffee Scene like no time had passed. I miss you and I pray that your family finds peace in this time of turmoil.

Sammie will always be in my heart. I'm so sorry for your loss. I wish I could be there, but I live in Germany so the travel is a little difficult. She will be missed.

Whenever Sammie came to my house with Meg, she was always this bubbly girl with a big heart and beautiful soul. As I've said on FB...anyone who took the time to get know her, saw this too and loved her.
