Randy, was a wonderful father in law, amazing grandpa, and will be missed dearly. To my husband, and siblings, i want to thank you for givng us the chance to get to know your father. In this sorrowful time, Diane and I would like to extend to you our heartfelt condolences. I count myself lucky to have known Randy for these many years. We worked side-by-side in Norfolk 1973-1976 and again 1996-2012. It wasn't all work though; we had some good times on liberty too. I will always remember those times.

My condolences to the Summers family. Randy and I were classmates in Florida during our CT training. Then we shared the same duty station in Norfolk. About 9 years after that we were stationed in Hawaii where Randy came to work for me. During this time I was his sponsor when he advance to Chief Petty Officer. He was a dedicated worker and devoted father. Rest in Peace Shipmate.
