I want to take a moment to tell the family that I am truly sorry for your loss. We can find in comfort in knowing that we look forward to a time stated in God’s word the Bible at Revelation 21:4 - “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”

Family of Jessie Martin,
There are few things more difficult than experiencing the loss of a loved one. It is apparent from the kind expressions that Mr. Martin will be sadly missed. I too have endured such a loss and find comfort in knowing death was not God’s purpose for mankind and his purpose has not changed.
God’s word says 'death is an enemy' and promises it will be 'brought to nothing'. (1Corinthians 15:26) Further, “He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces”. (Isaiah 25:8). So, God guarantees the grief and sorrow we experience is temporary. (Revelation 21:4). It is because of Jehovah God’s purpose and great love for us, that he guarantees the restoration of life.
Jesus said, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life...” ( John 11:25) As you know, Jesus not only spoke of the coming resurrection (John 5:21, 28, 29), he himself was resurrected by his Father and performed many miracles including resurrections. All resurrections took place on earth giving us a precious glimpse of what is to come.......seeing our loved ones again! (Acts 24:15)
As you cherish the many fond memories of Mr. Martin, may Jehovah God continue to bless your family during this difficult time and in the days to come......

Jessie was a great man of God. He loved our mom and he was always ready to serve her and make her days brighter and easier. He was taken so quickly leaving mom with a broken heart.
