Eugene Raymond (Cowboy) Harris, 54, passed away suddenly April 4, 2017.

Gene grew up in Fayetteville and Raleigh but had resided in Chicago for the past 30 years. He was a very dedicated truck driver and a US Army Veteran. He is preceded in death by a sister, Deborah Totman Tadlock.

He is survived by his Mother; Elizabeth Wilson of Fayetteville; beloved brother, Buddy Harris of Raleigh and Gary Totman of Raleigh; nephews and nieces, Dr. Weston Harris of Washington, DC., Christina (Alex) Totman of Raleigh, Amy Cooksey, Rev. Josh Tadlock and Jacob Tadlock of Hope Mills, many cousins and extended family members.

Visitation will be 1:00-2:00 PM Saturday April 22, 2017 at Harvest Baptist Church 5504 McPhail St. Hope Mills, NC 28348.

A Celebration of Life service will follow at 2:00 PM with Rev. Josh Tadlock officiating
