Mr. Digno Gardon Genavia, 59, passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2016 in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Digno was born in the Philippines on October 20, 1956 to the late Jose Genavia and Juliana Gardon. He was a Graphic Artist for a Publishing company in the Philipines before moving to the United States.

He is survived by his wife, Sonia Genavia of Sanford; sons, Digno Jose Genavia and Joseph Genavia, both of the Philippines; daughters, Katherine Genavia of Sanford and Maria Divina Consul of the Philippines; siblings, Carlos Genavia, Aristotles Genavia, Josie Genavia and Belinda Gordoncillo, all of the Philippines and 4 grandchildren.

All services will be held in the Phillipines.
