Daniel Earl Dwyer Sr.

MSG Daniel Earl Dwyer Sr. (Retired), 73 of Fayetteville passed away Wednesday, May 5, 2016 in UNC Hospitals, Chapel Hill.

Daniel was born in California on April 11, 1943 to the late Robert and Ora Jean Chasteen Dwyer. He served in the United States Air Force for over 26 years and retired honorably.  While in retirement, he enjoyed travelling around the world, pursuing his passion for photography, and focused on being a great dad to his three youngest children.  He is a kind and caring person who is always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.  As a father, he was inspirational, supportive, and proactive.  He is very much loved by the people around him.      

Daniel Earl Dwyer Sr. is survived by his children: Robert Dwyer, Daniellemaree Dwyer, Daniel Dwyer IV, Patricia Dwyer, Lorie Dwyer, Cheryl Picard, and Daniel Dwyer Jr.

A graveside service with full military honors will be held 2:00 PM Friday May 13, 2016 at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery in Spring Lake, NC.
